Andy Ellis has spent around 14 years working across marketing, strategy, creative and design, and has worked with more than 100 New Zealand businesses along the way.

His thing is seeing problems differently, finding the simple idea buried inside them and turning that into marketing people actually care about.

Outside marketing, he has been a DJ for more than 10 years, hosted radio, played professional squash and represented New Zealand in beach handball.
